A nearly 30 year old annual reports agency had been emailing a home-grown database of prospective clients for years with examples of its work and other news, but they weren’t able to convert these emails into calls.
SOLUTION Our immersion process revealed that they were best suited to companies at key inflection moments, such as when new leadership arrived, headquarters changed or their stock price was slipping because The Street didn’t understand the company’s value proposition.
RESULT
We radically overhauled their messaging, and launched outreach that focused on these scenarios and how this agency uniquely solved it for them. We helped them generate 5 proposals in the first three months.
